Can't start the game, GlobalShaderCache-PCD3D_SM4.bin is missing

hey everyone!
today i bought Conan, but can’t play in him because i have this error

The global shader cache file C:/Program…/Engine/GlobalShaderCache-PCD3D_SM4.bin is missing.
Your aplication is built to load COOKED content…

How can i fix it? In another topic another user said that he reboot his computer and game would started. But this method did not help me. Full scan of files did not help too!
