Ceiling and roof building bit do not snap or locate to anything (ie Walls or foundations)

On my off line, I have now got it to work by completely removing the game and deleting the directory file and then reinstalling it, but this has not helped my online play for myself or my players.
Triangle ceiling snap but square ines and all roof ones do not

It seems it was a Gportal issue.
Had to delete then reinstall server
