Character transfer not working "TokenFailed"

Bug Description:

i cannot transfer my character. uploaded it from 1320 now trying to load it into a siptah map 6053. I always get the TokenFailed message.

I now created another character on an siptah map, just taking a look at the transfer screen. It is now stating, that i have transfered a character recently and i can not do it again for 71 hours. My character is not on 1320 neither on 6053…
