After not playing for over a year I signed in and found all my characters, Progress, and in game purchases aren’t there, It’s like I never played the game. What do I do? Or is it gone forever?
Hey there, that sucks. I’m sorry to hear it. Is it possible you have TSW and SWL accounts confused? Assuming they’re not confused and that you played SWL, in your place I would probably put in a ticket at https://www.funcom.com/help, because I’m assuming you can’t log in to put in a petition in game.

And after you check if it’s SWL and not tSW then you may check you played with Steam or standalone client, they don’t use the same account so characters also won’t be the same.
