Cheaer or hacker? Player building fundaments inside Black Keep

I would like to report a player on official server pvp #1088 who was building inside Black Keep fundaments, walls and doors, who blocked us at the exit and didn’t want to open door for us. As it was before 5 p.m. before raiding we coldn’t do anything. I’m adding screenshots from my Onedrive:

Find Hugo or ingais I think I spelled that wrong lol and tap so there name and you can share details with them also in the intro section there are rules you should read those first it will help you with the report
