Checklist for a New Playthrough?

So I’ve been playing on a new PVP server trying to get established. One of the first things I did was defeat the guy at the end of Hanuman’s Grotto to get the Silent legion armor for me and the thrall I pulled out of a cage. What are some of the things that you do for an OP early start?

Go to shallback hallow; were you get your spell book, go all they way back; climb the water falls. Loot, loot, loot. Good place for good steel weapons and tools.

In addition to what @DeaconElie said, you can still loot chests from sepamaru, grab some tools from mounds of the dead, do journey steps and grab brimstone from sinners refuge, do whatever dungeon you can manage like dregs or silver mine for legendary weapons, farm red lotus and black ice for levels, then when ready farm unnamed city for breath of the red mother, reach of the red mother, maybe a predatory blade, and fragments of power.

It’s a friendly message and it has no reason to provoke or measure di…s
Please see it no other way.

First of all getting a heavy armor set on pvp servers has literally nothing op.
Playing strength with heavy armors on pvp servers is suicide.

Op start is 20 agility (double jump mandatory) , 20 vitality, 20 grit ('nobody can catch you, nobody can one shot you) .
For good start you kill the guardian of the bridge that leads to the chaos mouth to get the eye of watcher, then you grab some gold from literally everywhere, you buy a camel just to carry the most important(camel fighter gets over 40k hp) , you go to the south east post across new Asgard and you kill the jailor to gain his star metal short sword (agility weapon huzzah) and then you return to the staring river to begin your obelisk and religion journey. In the way you kill as much as you can the fastest you can(no loot) , you enter the Abyssal dungeon hoping you’ll get the graceful night and you exit with legendary weapons.
On unnamed city you kill the skeleton bosses, they are super easy and provide decent light or medium gear among weapons (your first star metal).
You also gain master repair kits for your overleveled weapons yso you’ll repair them easy.
Now if you visit the spider in the cave to gain the nemedian helmet, you’ll be able to repair your high lvl tools and craft able weapons while using drowning, just before you die, up to the surface.
Visiting the black keep from day one is extremely good idea, because it gives pretty decent tools and upgrades.
You don’t need to go in the final room, the good loot for starting exists to the first level, just open the doors, loot the chests and go to the basement, dive to get buff fishes from day one.

In normal pace you need about 6 hours to go all around the map, gain all the recipes, most emotes and religions and be over lvl 40 with x1 experience. With x2 you’re definitely 60 and x3 you’re 60 in 2 hours max without tricks.

I know that agilty has low pool of weapons.
I know that agility has zero carrying buff, you have to loot ONLY the absolutely necessary.
But it’s getting you safer and faster to 60.
After 60 play any style you wish, no problem, both Abyssal dungeon and the tree chest before the witch queen provide bestial memory potions, but still anything else than agility demands really good performance and luck.

Have fun m8 and feel free not to listen, i just gave you the easiest valid option to be op from day one. Good luck!

What Stelagel said for agility/pvp. For variety there are a number of steel quality weapons that can be picked up and/or looted from chests in various camps around/near the black galleon. Plus the legendary claws on the bench at the den.

There’s a large number of the floating crates around the witch queen’s palace, buc bay and in the sunken city that can give any of the UC recipe crafted weapons plus things like iron reinforcements.

Sunken City also has a submerged chest that can give hardened steel weapons/tools, fittings and occasionally star metal tools. No peril at all to get to said chest. While there kill the Lemurians and The Watcher Above for Lemurian armor and weapons.

The demon spider on the island across from witch queen’s palace is an easy source of chest keys and hardened steel weapons. Though killing him at low levels with steel weapons is time intensive.

Should you want to get a few levels while there the apes, gorilla’s and birds around the palace are quick, easy exp.

I find the named in UC with two hand swords and the brute to be easy pickings. Just don’t run out of stamina mid-fight since the last combat changes. Your mileage may vary. There’s also a chest behind the commander that can have hardened steel and star metal items. Entirely possible to loot it without killing a thing at least on PC with the loot all key while running past.

I sometimes hit the chests in UC and the entrance of Warmakers for repair kits for my ill gotten armor and weapons.

Sometimes I just go straight to Mounds as soon as I get a steel quality or better weapon and pick off the stragglers. Wandering berserker is a guaranteed star metal weapon and more armor than you can carry. Nearby bedroll advised.

Something mainly for fun. For dragon bones and horns very early on the bloodstone golem in UC when activated will fight the nearby dragon hatchling. You finish off the winner and reap the rewards from both.

Assuming official server settings I’m normally doing these things at level 15 to 20. Once you get a good weapon the levels fly by. I also don’t worry about armor at first as it’s too heavy when putting all/most points into damage and grit. Though I will use light armor pieces if I luck into it. Glass cannons r us.
