Cimmerian and Vanir cold resistance

Building an Exceptional armor i’ve gotten increased temperature resistance, like with the Yamatai armor. But with the Cimmerian Exceptional, i just built, i still only get 1 cold resistance. I assume that’s a bug?
I just build an Exceptional Vanir and it also still sported 1 cold resistance.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Build an exceptional Yamatai armor. Notice it has 2 heat resistance.
  2. Build an exceptional Cimmerian armor. Notice it has 1 cold resistance …

It needs to be flawless for the 2 bars which generally entails finding and capturing the T4 thrall that can craft your flawless armour. For the Vanir you will be looking for Njoror Battleborn
