afaik they do a little more damage than relic hunters, but not volcano thralls

Those wights are real jerks. An untamed Berserker (Can you ever really tame a berserker? If you do, is he still a berserker?) can handle one wight, but if two or more gang up on him, heā€™s dead. Or one and a half, really. I once witnessed two wights stunlocking the poor guy, until one of the wights got stuck on a tree root or something and turned into a spectator in a duel between his fellow wight and the half-dead berserker, which the remaining wight won handily.

I then un-undeaded the wights.

I have an army of berserkers, since I base just above the mounds. I havenā€™t seen one spawn in the mounds for months, but the one that always spawns just between the cimerians and the wyghts is always there. his path leads from a circular ruin just at the waters edge, into the water, along the shore, then towards the center of the lake.

If you just trace their steps youā€™ll find them

Which is kinda fascinated, that in Angry Bulls video the total killtime from Berserker were not really better than volcano or relic hunters (some volcano were even faster).

If he were permanently in said state he would be called Berserk. The suffix means itā€™s his profession to know both karate and ka-razy. :stuck_out_tongue:

The problem I have with my berserkers is they seem to pause an awful lot, and do very short combos, then a pause. They do great damage, but just seem a little off. Similar to Janos of the Nords, imo.

i also was always convinced volcano thralls hit the hardest but it turned out that the berserker actually does the most damage.

I agree that its weird and imo it actually shows that the volcano thralls are probably the better fighter compared to a berserker.

The problem with Angry bulls list is: RNG. He only did 1 runā€¦ Thats not goodā€¦ For example @Wak4863 did several runs at the Brute to compare the Doom with BoA and his kill times varied a lot for the same weapon.

I proudly stand behind my female Cimmerian Berserkers. And yes the female part is important for more then just looks. I feel they are more aggressive then other thralls even their male counterparts. I have yet to test them in a controller environment and will likely wait for the update before diving into it. As any tests done now will be out of date soon tm.

actually he says in one of his videos that he does multiple runs and just show the most ā€œaverageā€.

And the tests Iā€™ve done follow the same pattern as his.

Got him! Or perhaps more accurately I should sayā€¦her. My replacement has that undercut looking hairstyle, much like Cira the Mad. To think she had the audacity to try and attack me after I saved her from Wights. What an ingrate. Thankyou all for your tips peoples, at last I have replaced my Cimmerian Berserker.

Yep, that sums me up fairly well. In all seriousness you always are helpful. And few players on the forum know the ins and out of PvP in this game more than yourself.

Yeah I am starting to gather T4 replacements for my existing Thralls already, so they can superseed the old one when the update goes live. Then new companions will be immediately ready and available to start levelling while we hunt others. Preparation is key. This coming update has already got me out and hunting Thralls like crazy.

Same here. Glass half full needing filled to top is my outlook on the new mechanics and limit.
