Cimmerian Epic Heavy Armour has only 1 bar of cold protection instead of 2

Epic Cimmerian Heavy armour shows 1 bar of cold protection instead of 2. I did not test all other weights of Cimmerian armours to see if they have the same issue, however.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Craft Epic Flawless Cimmerian Heavy Armour
  2. Left mouse click over the new armours, notice cold protection shows 1 bar instead of 2
