Well that is cosmetics which some people (myself included) are fine with them charging real money/aurum for. But when items that can have an affect on the mechanics of the game start getting locked behind paywalls that’s when the screaming starts.
As long as that agent isn’t called Woody Cutter…
I bet they did it cash only because it could break the exchange, making it buyable with aurum might make the aurum price skyrocket.

That could very well be it. Thinking about it the packs on steam contained Aurum, which they later removed. That caused a decrease in the exchange values but same idea.
