So my main character is about to go questing in the Tarantia common district and I read there are two factions in it, crows and wharf rats. However I do not find informations on what should guide me on this faction choice ? I’m playing conq, husband playing PoM with me.
They are no real factions like in Khitai, the quest leads you to playing them both anyway.

Those are not really like other factions. You will probably do both.
