If i bought a complete edition in ps4 it will come with all the DLCs even the new if it done?
It comes with all of the DLCs currently released
No reason why it should contain items not yet released, as they would constitute a new “season”.

Mind you, even the complete Edition does not include the Riddle of Steel DLC because it required a separate license from the original movie makers and as such couldn’t be included in the bundle.

I mean like if the DLC is realesd it will come for free? A whole Dlc building and armors …
No, when a new DLC is released, you WILL NOT receive it for free, you will have to pay extra if you want it.
When buying the complete edition you will receive the base game and the below listed 8 DLCs, nothing more, nothing less.
