Is Isle of Siptah included in Complete Edition?

Hello, just as the title suggests, I have the complete edition of Conan Exiles but it still shows that I have to pay for the new DLC. So I was wondering if it’s not included with the complete edition or any future DLCs for that matter?

I was just in the store, it is two buys, but right now they have a bundle

Thanks, I guess I messed up. I bought the Complete Edition thinking all future DLCs would also be included. Kinda sucks that it’s not.
