    I just bought it and i don’t have Isle of Siptah.Bug or Scam?

I see that i don’t have Isle of Siptah, although the description of the bundle witch i bought yesterday says that it contains it. I would like to send u some screenshots from steam and ingame but i can’t cuz “Sorry, new users can not upload images.” Ingame i can’t join any server or start a new game at Isle of Siptah beacuse i don’t have it, description on steam is incorrect i assume…

Because you didn’t buy it from Steam. You bought an older complete edition key from a grey site that doesn’t have the expansion in it.

That’s the risk you take from not buying it from an authorized sites like Steam. If you want to insist you bought it from Steam directly, then contact them.

Welp looks like steam is “a grey site” then. I would like to show u screenshots from the steam pages but i can’t. And i really don’t know where i can contact Funcom directly if not on the official forums of there game…

Contact Steam would be your best bet. Steam is the distributor.

@XaNDeR_15, notice that the purchase history line that you provided does not contain Isle of Siptah. This is definitely not something Funcom can fix, because you don’t actually own Isle of Siptah. If you owned it but it didn’t work in-game, then that would be Funcom’s problem.

You should contact Steam directly and ask them to explain what happened and how to fix it.
