The Rules of official servers are what @Tephra linked you , there is no other answer she can give you , as even we don’t really know the limits , as the rules aren’t perfectly clear and that there isn’t any limit given in terms of building pieces and placeables or proximity with encampments or even blocking the respawn of world bosses ( as we have seen cases on this forum of people complaining that their report didn’t do anything in that regards ) so read the rules she linked and try your best … until it happens to you too
