Why is it that all I can see in this video is that the Flamboyant Feast went from 1100 coins of crom to 1794 the last time I saw it in the shop? I have been waiting for sales to buy it

This is my take on this.
The NC office handles all of Funcom’s legacy games that they published and are currently in maintenance mode. These games do get updates and new content. The Oslo office handles new game development and is a publisher for other smaller game Studios. The Outsiders - Funcom studio in Stockholm handles the first-person rhythm shooter Metal: Hellsinger. Funcom does have two other locations, Funcom ZPX in Lisbon and Funcom in Bucharest. I do not know the extent of the staffing at the last two locations or their functions.
So yes, it is possible that they do have a CE 2 in the works. As for a timeline, we will not know what it will look like or the game engine used until well after such a project is “greenlit.”

Now if only they’d make some remasters of TLJ and Dreamfall, though it’s hard to say if they would without Ragnar on board. 
The optimization issues exist on PC as well, particularly with player built structures. You can experience spikes in GPU utilization and drops in FPS for no discernable reason.
That’s likely server side though. On console, it’s more than just FPS, it’s also textures and other graphical problems.
