Hi, @Dav45, welcome to the forums! 
If you’re referring to the bug from the latest patch – “you were killed by falling through the world” – the devs are aware of it and working to fix it in the next hotfix patch:

Nice catch, CodeMage. The workaround appears to be to make yourself Admin. If you’re playing cooperatively, you can make your friend an Admin as well.
