I play a local PVE game (Single player)
Conan Exiles is a buggy mess and the Age of Heroes update just made it worse. After a few hours, all my thralls but one disappeared off the map though they are still in my followers list “Guarding” something or “Returning home”…
The combat is still crap ever since the infamous update that ruined it forever. The combat was than made worse with animations that take FOREVER. And losing all stamina after 3 sword swings is just SO ridiculous. The combat is jank and not fluid or fun at all…
The inventory/crafting interface is all over the place and buggy… Shift+Drag to split a stack of items STILL doesn’t work between a chest or craftbench and my main character’s inventory (once upon a time this worked). Oh and the “Craft ALL” Button almost never works… I have to craft ONE item to then be able to Craft All.
Lag/fps issues at al-Merayah but also around the Summoning Place and at several other locations.
I started a new playthrough recently and EVRYTIME I died in this playthrough so far was because of buggy mechanics or my character getting stuck in the enemy (like a rocknose or other bigger enemies).
PLEASE stop adding stuff and PLEASE start fixing the game. The idea of living settlements is really cool because the world feels so static and dead BUT I would rather have a polished game with less mechanics than the mess we currently have.
I’ve said it in my official review on Steam, I really use to love this game but it’s getting worse with every update. I keep giving it a chance and coming back only to be disappointed again.
