Conan Exiles or Lagging Exiles?

I bought the game last week and so far couldn’t find just a single server without massive lag issues. Always the same thing, you enter, play a little bit, server starts lagging, people complaining about lag in global chat.

This game seems amazing, would be great if we could play.

I’m looking on average black ice box base, all this temperature calculations have light imprint on server performance?
