@Mayra please do not take this the wrong way but they team has been made aware of this issue for months it has been being reported more then a few times on the forums.
Hello @heaventhere, we know it’s taking more than it should. Some issues are way more complicated than we would expect and like in this case, the matter implicates and numerous different assets of the game to fix it.
