As we all know, Funcom has stated there will be no more Map Expansions, reasons being:
1: The map is already at its max size before issues would start to pop up because of UE4
Question: Is this still the case? I was going through an online UE4 tutorial that stated something along the lines that this used to be an issue, but now UE4 can handle huge open world games due to a new ‘technique’. (Sorry, been awhile since I watched said video)
Could this not be applied to Conan, or is it too late due to it already being built a certain way?
2: We are getting new ‘map expansions’, so to speak, in the form of Dungeons.
The issue is this too will be limited, from how I understand it, due to the fact that they ‘physically’ reside on the current map in the ‘open areas’.
Question:
2a: Can we please not have a character respawn at the front of the Dungeon when logging out and back in?
Its hard enough on single-player to solo
2b: Can we please not have NPC respawning - in single-player lvl. 30+, Im having fun, but they respawn really fast - you may say its too low a lvl, or that you are able to do it fine at that lvl., either way - I would rather not have to wait till end game to play dungeons… I enjoy exploring, and Ive already explored the world.
3: Why are dungeons not created as separate levels, (off the main map?)
Sure, I might be missing something here, but it seems you could
1: Do unlimited dungeons this way
2: Create a map expansion to new territories…
Questions 3a: Was browsing Steam, and saw their adverts for the expansions for Ark Survival.
I picked up Ark before Conan, hated the graphics, (I know some will say its just like Conan… just saying my experience and preference) so didn’t play again.
*** but, they have expansions left and right… One called the Center, that is bigger than their first game, etc.
Now I don’t know, maybe their first is smaller than Conan… question is, both are UE4 - this would imply Conan could have expansions. 
Again, Im down with the whole Dungeon bit… load in and out, whatever.
Just don’t make me respawn at the entrance… and when I do die, and go to the entrance, (not because I logged out and back in), whats the point? My pet is still light years away, Im naked, no way Im getting through - again single-player and dungeons. 
(Fun, but wish it were tweaked, like no respawn from what I already cleared.)
