I have owned the game since forever (pre-release launch) and should and have had access to both the Royal armor and Atlantean sword.
However when I try to find it in the smiths table / armorers bench I can not find it. Looked through feats and everything. (and learned the pre-requisits)
A while ago it was only craftable in the inventory-crafting menue, but they are gone from there as well. It might be that they were taken away from inventory-crafting and missed when transfered to the corresponding crafting bench.
Hope this can be resolved because it would truly suck to lose access to the gear!

Welcome to our Forums and thank your for reporting this situation regarding your Royal armor and Atlantean sword.
Both Armor and Sword are unique within our game and in order to properly assess this issue our team will require the following information:
1 - Do you own a physical copy of the game?
2 - When did this problem start to occur?
3 - Have you looked into your Armorer Bench and Blacksmith’s Bench and both items are not there?
I found it in the Armors basic bench. I don’t believe it was normally listed, but you can use the drop down menu to sort DLCs and one of the options is Royal armor or something similar. That brought up the armor for me and I was able to craft.
After drinking the yellow lotus-potion, re-setting my feats twice and re-starting the game they now show up in the correct crafting benches. So one reason could have been they were “hidden” before the restart when I had unlocked the recipies. (and checked that the DLC’s where there on steam)
I logged on to a server I had not played for a long time, if that could change anything.
Hope if anything this could be some help troubleshooting if more people have the same problem
