Asura is truly the god of mysteries if he picks a faithful of another deity as his Chosen. A very good choice, though. Croms_Faithful is a great person and worthy of respect. Helpful, constructive, patient and respectful towards others, including people who donât share his opinions.

Whats this, Croms_Faithful Chosen of AsuraâŠ!? I genuinely cant believe that I won this. Im kind of overwhelmed here. And to be frank even kind of embarrassed. I justâŠwow. Thats all I have right now. Thankyou all SO MUCH for your kind words. Im at a loss for words here. My work is extremely demanding, so I havent had much time to reply, but I will have a descent follow up reply coming as

Ok Im back now. Time for a proper minor acceptance speech I guess. Although hopefully it wont come off sounding like George Clooneyâs. Im just going to continue on a bit from my previous post. Look I do feel a wee bit guilty here. Why? Because I feel there were other users who deserve this award more so than myself. There are about 3-4 names I had in mind who I felt were more deserving, and do more around here than I do. Im happy to rattle them off if requested to do so. But these users are that good, that I have absolutely no doubt they will win this award in time too; I just beat them out the gate.
A bit of history. I first started playing Conan Exiles at launch time on ps4, but didnt join the forum until December, and originally had no plans to. Eventually I did so with one clear goal in mind. Fight to have Crom features included in Conan Exiles! I watched other users couageously take up this cause, only to be shot down every time. So I decided to throw my hat into the ring, knowing that this is not a concept which could be embraced with a few one liners. It would take a lot of time, logic and lore examples to make a solid case. Now here we stand, wielding the Sword of Crom and Croms Hammer. And I will continue to champion this cause for now. After that point, I had planned to leave, but I started to help out with bug reports, suggestions, and especially helping new players, which brought joy to my grey heart. Annnd Im still here, and glad to be too.
So look, to say in as few words as possible and without rambling, thanks Funcom for your faith in me and for being one of the most awesome companies ever. Thanks to the Testlivers, you people are the absolute workhorses of the forum. And thanks to all other members of the community. Youre all an insufferable bunch of twits. [sarcasm] No youre all good people. Thanks for the friendship and assistance where relevant, and a huge, extra special thankyou, to those of you who fought alongside me to have Crom features included in this game.
The next thing regards my prizes. Im really excited to capture myselfâŠeh thrall. Hopefully he is one of The Forgotten Tribe ie- a Crom worshipper. And while I am extremely grateful for the free gifts, regarding the DLCs, I must respecfully decline, at least for myself. There are two reasons. The first being that I already have the Season 2 Pass. The second, and by far most important is this. Because I love the game and the company, I WANT to pay them my money, and contribute in full to future development. The more funds the game has coming in, the greater its longevity.
Oh and all those cheeky CMs who said that I couldnt say âNiâ in the announcement thread, to you all I say: âEkke Ekke Ekke Ekke Ptang Zoo Boing!â On a final note, there has been talk of Croms_Faithful converting to the ways of this âAsuraâ. Crom may not care. But to that I say that Croms_Faithful laughs at the idea of your conversion, and shall be remaining ever faithful to the dark lord of the mound!

Top-ish of list on my end. So Congrats. (alot of wikia/discord people seem have won before) Most of others who i would have thought won (myself included) have fell off forum or donât post as much anymore)

Congrats !!! As a beneficiary of your wisdom and helpfulness I can honestly say you deserve this !!
I got so frustrated a few times with the game that I was about to give up and find another game to occupy my time but thanks to you (and a few others) I decided to stick it out and I am glad I did, I now have my own private server and am working on getting my son-in-law to play as well, just have to convince him to buy a PC, lol.
Itâs really nice to see Funcom reward those that have gone the extra mile for the community.
