Welcome to the forums. Sorry to hear of the crash/unplayability situation you are suffering from. Also sorry (but not surprised) to find that you have been completely ignored by Funcom’s so-called ‘Community Team’ - it appears they simply don’t care about customers anymore. (Please see here for a collected thread pulling together large numbers of others across all three platforms suffering from the same issues since the supposed ‘hotfix’ - still all being ignored by Funcom.)
