As for the player building and stoping others from accessing resources, obelisks and areas, I think that is kinda part of the game?? You’re in a PVE-C, C standing for conflict so I would expect so… The idea being you fight that player and you destroy their base? Maybe if you are a bit more specific people will be able to give you a better alternative.
