I haven’t played since early 2018
Although I’m at level 60 and I’m lost
Since so much has changed; does anyone recommend starting over or dye trying to figure this out.
PS thoughts of sarcasm would help

There hasn’t been much change to the attributes and feats. Most of the changes affected NPCs. They have levels of experience now.

I have been playing since console release .Never completed bracelet removal. Have restarted a few times. I say take your level sixty and see what the world looks like before making a decision. You could also do both.

Level 60 is something you will achieve in a few days even as a new player. It is quite easy to level now. It may be good for you to get a fresh start, do the journeys, get the sense of progression. You won’t be so overwhelmed with information and by the time you get to 60 you will know enough of the basics to actually do the end game content. Having said all that, I will strongly recommended playing unmodded Conan Base Map first before getting into mods and Siptah.
P.S. I personally enjoy the fresh starts.
