I have a thrall eating cooked fish but it’s not giving the +14% stat boost

It appears to work on some of my thralls but Du’neman the Dragoon. He isnt recieving the agility buff from cook fish or the vitality buff from grilled steak.
So after 30 or so minutes it finally started working sonmaybe look into the delayed activation but it is working properly now
