I’m sorry to hear what you’ve run into - that would be extremely frustrating. It does sound like it probably relates to a bug that’s been reported on several platforms - this thread pulls together a lot of the info and links several related threads. The best I can say is that Funcom are aware of the problem and hopefully will have it fixed as soon as possible. In the meantime - maybe some of the others who’ve experienced the same issues might have found some temporary workarounds or ways to at least reduce the probability of it happening again. I’m sorry I couldn’t be of more help.
