I purchased enough coins to buy the battle pass 5 days before it was over (the last one)… had the same issue and tried to contact funcom but they didn’t reply until one full week later.
By then the season was already over and i couldn’t get what i wanted from it, despite the fact that i had enough points to unlock almost 40 lvls in the battle pass
Funny how they take money from us but don’t care about bugs in game…like recently, this game is so broken at the moment and no one from funcom has said anything

I agree, I’m sending messages to them every day, because we’re the ones who support this game, so it’s our right to at least have good treatment, the game has had bugs since it was released, and they fix them and then others appear…
