I’m curious because I rarely encounter the errors or bugs that many people report. I use a PS5 with 7 TB of storage and play Conan on Official PvP servers for 12-16 hours daily. If I were prone to these issues, I would have experienced them by now.
When browsing the forums, I notice many problems that seem to stem from user error. Some issues arise from using older generation systems—indeed, the PS4 struggles with this game, pushing its limits and leading to expected problems. Others result from corrupted installations and more with only a fraction of the complaints being actual issues with CE’s programing.
Even the bugs that Funcom has confirmed, I don’t encounter. Well, not entirely. I did have a thrall die randomly, but it doesn’t bother me. I’m constantly adding new thralls, so losing one or even 40 is not a concern for me. My routine is to build and recruit.
And I did experience the placement bug where it said my view was blocked, BUT I found a solution for that and it doesn’t affect me anymore at all.
Do you think I’m baffled because, to me, none of the issues I see reported are “game breaking” in my opinion or have gamers become just that finicky that they cry over the slightest little inconvenience? I don’t know. Maybe it’s just me.
So, I guess I’m just curious as to what you’re playing on and if that is a primary factor in issues or if people are just too sensitive. I mean, it’s coding that is created by humans. I expect there to be issues and don’t care if there are. Important ones will be fixed and others might not need attention right away. Never has an update ever screwed things up so bad that I need to cuss out Funcom or throw my playstation across the room. LOL. Some people get so mad over the DUMBEST things.
Cool people will reply, the overly sensitive will probably report this post. Then we will see where some of the issues lie. Hint, there are A LOT of cry babies.
