Ok lol. There was no mention of mods in the OP so I thought there was another “secret” that I was unaware of in the base game. It’s a shame. I’d love to import my own banner on official servers.
I think at least have dyes working on weapons and shields would be a neat addition.

So why are you asking on an official forum for content to be added to an unofficial mod?
Honestly that would be cool to have but problem is that each new texture that you load for server is infact more storage that the server has to upkeep to download to the client. So that wouldnt work at all unless if you do a client save and do a peer to peer texture streaming but still require hitting server to replicate it and might be not worth it to have it on like that
I’m not too experienced with Gportal, but what if Funcom upgraded their servers? Would that allow for it? Or would it still be too server-intensive?

I understand that’s why I didn’t specify a mod because I was not making a point for focusing on a mod versus then need for funcom specifically. Otherwise I would just reach out to Joshtec instead.

Are you assuming, that I am asking a question on an official forum for content to be added to an unofficial mod? That’s something you should think about for a moment. If you still think that is what I am doing, you are mistaken.

That’s a valid point I didn’t really take into consideration, but I wonder how difficult it would be for funcom to implement, without the need for a mod. They already show they are capable of using the code for staying dry inside as well as emotes for pets.
The thing is if Joshtec can make pippi why can’t funcom make it possible for customizing shields? You own customized coat of arms would be nice.
Look at all these modders and what they are capable of doing for our enjoyment. Surely funcom is able. But would they actually do it? Or are they only interested in making the next thing that makes more money in their pocket.
I would like to think funcom is willing to do more than just that unless they plan to make something like that to be added in the next dlc if they do that.
