Hey there exiles ! So, I know my way with buildings and never really got any issues that stoped me from building. But yesterday, as I was running back home, I saw in the distance my big bridge collapse. I was shocked and as I approched more, a trebuchet part just landed in front of me. I don’t know what happened as my buildings where fine since I finished them. Results : No more bridge, my 3 trebuchets gone and a little part of aa wall was missing. Not a problem, I rebuilt everything. Everyting except that little part of my wall. I cannot place my roof nor my ramp.
It’s not a bug report, I am just wondering if any of you have any ideas to make it work (I already destroyed and rebuilt some stuff here and there, but it’s not working).
That’s it ! My entire wall of fondation is at 20. But why tho ? it was finee the day before with eveerything at 100 stability ! I don’t really want to understand anymore Thanks !
It could be this: Your base is getting to big.
From my experience, if i build to much in one place, the stability begins to bug out. In one of my bases everytime i log in, some parts suddenly loose their stability, then i have to add and destroy certain tiles around them until the stability is calculated correctly again, its a real pain.
I am using many wedges, which also makes things worse. Then i built the same construction alone in another area -no problem whatsoever.
You have to check exactly with the repair-hammer, where the issue is then build and destroy cheap stuff around that tile until the program calculates correctly.
Yes, and no The triangular fondations are stopped right before my normal fondations, so they are not connected (some part are glitching in others, but nothing is directly on top of a triangular fondation). But I won’t lie, it was a pain in the ■■■ to make it look like there is no gape (and i failed in some parts) and I had to use roofs, pillars and walls, and that was where the problem was. Now it’s all good ! But what is really bugging me out is the fact thta it was fine during literally 1 month.
