MI6 agent Maxwell Chandler, as a dedicated servant of HM Government, is accustomed to budget cuts and being told “do more with less”, allowing him to use fewer Supplies while running missions.
Meanwhile, on the other side of the pond, his CIA colleague Daniel Martinez takes advantage of minimal oversight and black budgets to walk away with all kinds of useful goodies, bringing back extra Assets whenever he goes into the field.
The upshot of all this? I have operatives embedded in both the CIA and MI6, and my most reliable source of operational intelligence is…a Mayan numerologist.
