According to the event log, after the server restarted the blackice building my character was sleeping lost temperature isolation and it died due to this. Lost all my items. Is there anything funcom can do?
Tried to upload screenshots of the log that clearly state what happened, but since I’m a new user I can’t upload them.

Welcome to the Forum. Funcom can’t reimburse your items. Alot of people put their gear in chests before they logout for these reasons. If I remember right read that all building materials have the same temperature status. You can file a Zendesk report to @ Zendesk Funcom .com. @BestEvening .

i confirm it, due to a server restart my character who was sleeping died from cold (it’s a recent issue) he was sleeping from 7h before server restart due to a bug (seems the problems occurs when server restart due to a crash, but not due the normal hour of reset)
Thanks for the info looking into putting up our inventory before logging off might be a good idea at least the good stuff.
