Death upon Server Reset?

Being logged out safely in the comfort of my base I have found myself dead upon return the following day twice now, this time I was smart enough to check the Log files and see what happened. I learned that it is documented in the logs that my death is upon Server Reset.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Log off in your home…
  2. Wait for Server Reset…
  3. Log in after server reset…
  4. Dead and items missing.
