Decay time resets when the server restarts

Friends, we have a server for 2 months on the gportal for XBOX, and whenever the server is restarted, the decay time of all buildings, including offline players, is full again. We created a ticket with gportal and they claimed it’s a game bug, which Funcom would have to fix, but it’s been going on for 2 months, and even after the Era of Sorcery update the bug continues. Funcom please see this bug and fix it, thanks.

As the error is on the server, the bug is for all players regardless of the XBOX model.

And it’s not just on my private server, other administrators are also having this problem on other servers, gportal is aware.

Hi, this is not isolated & not sure why you need more info about a problem that “Funcom is aware of”. Are you working on a fix? It was Funcom’s update a few months a go that broke all of our decay timers. Some of us are paying money to run a server. I have lost players, because their fun was going around finding decayed bases to loot. That is almost impossible now with the way the decay timers are broken. Each update comes, nothing done about the decay timers Funcom broke with an update that sent my server into default status. Decay timers resest whenever game restarts or we get close to certain players’ buildings like they belong to us. I also can’t set my auto-restart, because that pegs all timers to 360 hrs & act like there’s no decay at all! This is beyond OLD at this point. FIX IT!

Any answers yet, RitualGround? Decay timers still broken. The problem was described here & has been described in other posts, as well. This is wide-spread & caused by Funcom. Gonna keep this going by posting everyday until we get some answers. Months is too long for a needed feature for running a clean server to be broken!!!
