Derketo Trainer issue and Fish TrapBug

All NPC thrall spawn locations are protected from building, but the area surrounding the Derketo Religion Trainer is not. You can literally build on top of the trainer NPC. Also, fish traps still despawn after a very short time (~5 hrs) due to decay, but the decay destruction is not listed in the damage log.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Put a block on the Derketo trainer and see.
    2.Place a fish trap completely submerged in the water and come back after 6 hours.

I’m having a similar issue; the Yakira, Priestess of Derketo will not spawn on our server and I think it’s due to the close proximity of players. Other servers I’ve checked don’t seem to have an issue, just the one I’ve nearly hit lv60 on. -_-
