As I was jumping down the cliff in 1 of the desert, I died of heatstroke, at that point in time, my greater croco pet was beside me.
And when I respawned and ran back to that location, yes I found my body BUT I couldn’t see my pet at all!
I was panick, I looked at my pet tracker and map,it shows that my croco is still at that point BUT somehow I just couldnt find it visibly, and the wierdest part is I could hear the croco random roaring sound just BESIDE ME… but somehow I COULDN see it, no matter how I search, I reload game a few times, Climb up and down, broke rock here n there… I still cannot find him… he is still roaring beside me right now as I am typing this feedback…
Please help… Im so desperate… my croco pet is carrying important stuffs that I traded w my life, there r many blackice in him, I cant afford to just go back to base to summon him back, he will lose all the ITEMS!!!

I suspect he might be trapped within the desert mountain itself… Pls help Developer… this really ruin my mood to continue… I risked so much fighting those sabretooth and wolves to get this much of blackice… I really cant afford to just use the summon pet back (it WILL LOSE ALL THE ITEMS)!!

Hello @ivano7296, unfortunately, we’re unable to provide any assistance with follower recovery and refunds of materials or equipment lost, as there is no MMO-like admin support for the game in official servers and we’re unable to access your Singleplayer session.
As you’re playing in Singleplayer mode, you should be able to access the Admin Panel to enable ghost to look for your pet under the map and recover it, or to simply spawn any lost items back.
a) If the follower is stuck in the geometry, and you have logged out, then they will go into SCOUTING mode and return home (or where-ever they were last on GUARD) eventually.
b) You can check their status by going to inventory>followers and look at your list of followers; if they are on the list, they are alive, and you should be able to find them and look at their status.
c) If you really can’t wait for them to return home, you can go to the followers menu and use the RESCUE functionality. Be aware that this will remove any saddles (in the case of a horse) and clear out their inventory, so only use it as a last resort.
I just wanted to expand on this a bit in case @ivano7296 doesn’t know. In singleplayer mode, when you log out, time stops because the server is not running. When you log back in, it’s as if you never left the game. When a follower is scouting, they will return home (their most recent guarding location). But for singleplayer mode, you will need to spend time in the game doing other things. Once you’ve waited long enough, the follower’s status will change from “scouting” to “returning home”. When a follower has the status “returning home”, then the next time you enter render range of their previous guarding placement, they will appear at that location with the status “guarding”. If you are standing in that area, they will not appear. You will need to leave the area and then return, and your follower should be there. Good luck.
HAHA I AM SO HAPPY NOW and really super grateful to your guidance… yes indeed… my croco was stuck inside the mountain GEometry… I only manage to see my croco inside when I made myself ghost via admin consoel comand and pullh im out, HAHA thank you love u guys muacks!
