Desynchronization Issue on Every Server, and Every Platform for Every Player

Basic Info:

Platform: All
Issue Type: Gameplay
Game Mode: All
Server Type: All
Map: All
Server Name: Every single one of them Official and Private
Mods: None

Bug Description:

Since last Thursday’s update after playing the game for a short time desynchronization issues occur. Mobs and other players become invisible, and the players character begins to teleport around sporadically (rubber banding). Attacks that visually connect offten don’t register, often damage from invisible npcs or players does register, and many other similar issues that arise from desynchronization occur. The issue can be temporarily resolved by logging in and out, but the game becomes unplayable again after 15-30 minutes. This is happening on every single server, on every platform, to every single player. Most importantly, this issue has been irrevocably proven to be completely and utterly unrelated to purges by many server hosts who have verified in the logs that the lag occurs when precisely zero purges have been spawned since a server restart.

Bug Reproduction:

Play the game. Anywhere, on any platform…

I guess they tried to “fix” something touching the connection between server and players and broke all…

That was my thought as well. My hunch is they were trying to fix the current duplication glitch and someone hired to check a box broke something. I wish they would just sub-contract some people who know what they’re doing to fix it considering the severity of the bug.

It would also be reassuring at least if they would acknowledge that this is happening instead of talking about horses’ genital regions in the known bugs thread.
