I think i finally know why Funcom never answers. They probably use Internet Explorer, now Edge but they probably use still IE on Windows xp. So i contribute this alternatives for you for free dear Funcom Team. Its a pleasure to help, maybe now you can react on time to the problems your base is reporting.
