yea I just had this happen too… my temp was cold so I shoulda been fine…wtf 
Bah this explanation dont seems good to me, i always logoff naked, room safe in the desert.
that die is random with no explanation, and happen only when i have good stuff in inventory, when i remember to put all in my closest, never died.
That strange but true.
