Regarding Siptah
Why are the recipes locked behind RNG? Those same recipes are discoverable items on Exiled Lands.
Surely it is not difficult or game-breaking to place a book or two scattered around the island?
Placing them in RNG makes the task of obtaining them very very monotonous. It becomes easy to lose interest in this context.
I’ve been playing Siptah for years or since it launched, and I STILL can’t make salted pork lol.

Which is sad, because this one can make Iced Tea, if only they knew how to make herbal Tea… 
This is the number one reason why I don’t play Siptah
Do any tier 4 Surge. It drops a lot there now.

Wish you played on my official server. I have a few extras sitting in a chest.
Same! I get them dropping constantly now on the Tier 4 Surges. I used to keep them, as players always needed them on my server…but now I don’t bother picking them up.
Meanwhile this one has a literal chest full of spare specialist cooking 6…
