Are thralls doing anything with it?
Yes, they stand in front of it in silent admiration of the exquisite craftmanship. In my bedroom. Which is not lockable because locking doors for thralls works only intermittently. Since living settlements is back on on Xbox life is hell (and in general I would say the thrall pathing is much worser overall since patch). At least no thrall of mine is missing (yet).
The patch simply removed the “disable interaction“ from the wheel menu. It’s also not there at a newly placed mannequin with no thrall in sight.
Well (and this is in no way meant to mock or dismiss the actual issue) - a few of us did warn the Xbox users that complained of not getting the Living Settlements patch that they were wishing for something they wouldn’t want…
When it was announced I really thought Living Settlements might be something I wanted, but the entire thing has been a disaster (in my view) from start to finish, not just the constant bugs, but even when it’s working it’s not remotely what most of us were asking for. Mostly people just wanted a way to change the clothes on crafters, and maybe a way to set patrol routes for fighters. (A few more advanced features might have also been desired, but they could have been discussed once the first stage was working comfortably). Instead we got crafters slow-walking randomly where they feel like, almost never actually doing anything that adds actual life to a base, and having to obtain extra fighters just to have someone manning the benches. And now, of course, crafters (and pets like cats or rabbits) can randomly open any door or go anywhere they want, with no regard for what settings are used…
So, um, yeah. I was five days absent from Siptah Official PvE #7002, guess what? All my crafters are dead(2) (and one entertainer, but that may be sacred hunt related), two died on every day since. On EL I lost one named cook yesterday. Fun-tastic.
As it is a bit more difficult to get named thralls on Siptah i am not amused. I was considering to build a box with no doors for my remaining EL-Thralls, but honestly? I don’t care anymore (and of course on EL where I play more all disabled furniture and doors were enabled again today).
Weirdly enough I lost no thrall on Playstation so far, there I play on more servers. Yesterday I thought I may finally spend my leftover battlepass coins for the Yamatai Towers but no, I can’t justify it to myself.
