DLC Age of Conan: Unchained - Hyborian Conqueror no access,,,

Hello,

I have purchased on Steam Age of Conan: Unchained - Hyborian Conqueror Collection, it appears in Steam also in the game launcher, but i cannot create a Khitan character because “i do not own the expansion”?
I have also have under my Steam account a 2015 EU Starter Pack DLC but no items ingame.

pls help cheers"

you need to log into your funcom account and redeem the keys from steam on the account page.

it worked for the Hyborian Conqueror Collection, it doesn’t for the EU Starter Pack DLC.
