DLC not showing up on XB1

I just bought the DLC Jewel of the West for Conan Exiles via the Microsoft Store - the download went well etc, however it is nowhere to be found in game. It’s not in my Feats menu - nowhere. I am level 59, so I have all the needed skills etc. This might just be an issue on my side that I maybe did not activate it somehow, so does anyone have some advice on this? I play offline single player.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Buy and download DLC on Xbox One.
  2. Launch Conan Exiles.
  3. No content anywhere.
