Dlc Not working

So a while ago i bought all the dlc for the game except the Riddle of Steel one, so I bought them and ended up deleting the game for a while. Recently i re-installed it and started playing again. I have found that the dlc that I own (all except the Riddle one) i cannot download it or use it. I am not sure what caused this or how it happened.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.Delete game?
2.Re-Install game?
3.Find that all the dlc doesnt work
4.Profit

All the Dlcs load with the main game. Purchasing unlocks them you probably need to go to play station store and click on it again. Also renew licenses on console.

I have tried all these things, they do not work

I know some people have had luck deactivating and reactivating their PlayStation as primary.

Tried doing that a few times, no results

Another user has previously reported that he managed to solve a similar issue after deactivating and reactivating his system as primary, and then proceeding to restore the licenses.

I’m not sure if its a playstation problem or something but it did not work, i am still at a loss for what to do.

As the proposed workarounds don’t seem to help, we’d suggest reaching out to Sony to determine if there could be any issue specific to your account, as we’re unable to access that type of information.
