I noticed that you cannot /claim loyalty items on Saga characters so was wondering if any of the membership buffs will apply AND if Saga characters will get the Expertise points per level.
Yes, I believe all the membership buffs apply. You do get the 1 Expertise per level. You do get bonus XP. Subscribers also get more tokens (Marks of Acclaim, Raid Relics, etc) on Saga than other servers.
