I tried reporting multiple times on officials and I get no answer. Wondering if doing it here will make a difference

You can’t report players here, the only option is the one you already did with the dedicated reporting system.
As for how much it “works” that varies even in the best of times, however Funcom literally just came back from their general end of year holidays so there wouldn’t have really been many employees to look at tickets even if they wanted to. They probably have a huge pile to process.. so expect some automated replies of “We hope the problem solved itself” etc. and you might have to reply and then wait even more.. etc.
When they do end up investigating things they do take action if there’s a rule violation though, especially if building related as those they can verify better and don’t need to rely on guessing based on videos / screenshots.

If you’re on console, you can always use the report function.
The short answer is, not really. At least not in here….
