I am on official server #1009, and we have a guy thats terrorizing the server. He has surrounded our hole base with a high wall. We only can get on and off our base wiith the teleporter. I have send many pictures with my report wich i will share here too. But no responsne from Funcom at all, only an auto reply. More people have reported him. I will put one pic of our base, and all the sandstone is his. I hope Funcom reads this and do something about it. I also put a picture of his ID
I also sent a report and have yet to hear anything other than the same auto reply. Is this how you run official servers Funcom?
we have 2 spam claimers/purge griefers on 1036, reported multiple times. Only thing that we get is auto reply
This guy isn’t claiming land though they’re deliberately blocking us getting out of our base other than using portals. And still nothing from funcom almost a week later!

It’s clear that this is another sad story. We can do nothing but shout at the wall, and nothing will happen. I have reported cheats many times before, yet all you ever get are automatic replies.
Are you referring to bug reports you’ve made through the helpenter?
These get directly reported to the dev team so you won’t get a reply back. The team is looking at all reports and working on resolving these.
Yes , the new official way dana, the surge issue is old , i also was among the first to report the map markers , and yet here we are after who knows when.

Ive been sending these reports for years. NOT one has FUncom ever removed.
We just wait them out.
They didn’t get back to me and my previous ticket only got lapsed and eventually closed after one month…

got a mail in may for my ticket from september last year. they didnt took action, just wanted to know if i was satisfied with their support. at this point you can just laugh at it. If as Dana said they work on the backlogs they probably now working on tickets from 2009
So you assume being part of the problem , suggestions are still held on the forums , so every other people that do like you make it so response time on actual bug reports and player abuse report are so slow… thanks I guess for showing others why response time is slow !
OP should mark your response as solution ! on " why Funcom doesn’t reply to our reports?"
Still no reply at this point we’re just hoping the stuff decays but means there nothing stopping them or anyone else from doing the same in the future if Funcom doesn’t follow up. I#ll never understand why these companies post rules and guidelines for there servers but never act on them Conan isn’t the only game like this. If they can’t be bothered or have the time/manpower give someone on the server admin rights to do it themselves.
