Just bought some crates 4050 worth and did not receive them.

This bug is back again..

Not only that, but my 12 month sub (set to expire Feb 2027) was removed. Lost all timed AA progress.

Same, bought the “Master Bundle” for level 50 and didn’t get it. Seems like this just started in the last 24 hours. I hear response times are very slow but its a lot of people so maybe this will be fixed?

It’s almost guaranteed they’ll fix it, it’s happened before.

Whether or not we’ll get what we paid for or refunded is up in the air.

I’m sure it will be fixed, my issue is when. I ordered something that’s only relevant to help me level and will be worthless if I hit like 70 before it comes.

I lost my AA progress aswell

A week and this still isn’t fixed. Nothing in the shop gives items, be it bought or through sub rewards.

I received my items via claim, resolved.

Same, I logged in tonight and I have my stuff in claims. (/claim in game)
